Set your oven to 176°C to preheat.

Use a large mixing bowl to combine the ground chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, grated onion, Parmesan, milk, herbs (basil, thyme, oregano), minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Coat a loaf pan lightly with grease, then pour the mixture in.

Top off the chicken mixture with the tomato sauce.

Pop it in the oven and bake for about 55 minutes.

Take it out, add the Provolone slices, and sprinkle the Mozzarella over the top.

Place it back in the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese melts nicely.

Sprinkle some parsley on top before serving, if you'd like.
