Chicken Meatloaf Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 beaten eggs
02 - 906 g ground chicken
03 - 1 medium onion, grated
04 - 125 ml Italian breadcrumbs
05 - 85 ml milk
06 - 190 ml shredded Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 clove garlic, minced
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
11 - 1 teaspoon basil, dried
12 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Toppings

13 - 3 slices Provolone cheese
14 - Persil (optional)
15 - 125 ml Mozzarella cheese
16 - 190 ml tomato sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 176°C to preheat.
02 - Use a large mixing bowl to combine the ground chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, grated onion, Parmesan, milk, herbs (basil, thyme, oregano), minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
03 - Coat a loaf pan lightly with grease, then pour the mixture in.
04 - Top off the chicken mixture with the tomato sauce.
05 - Pop it in the oven and bake for about 55 minutes.
06 - Take it out, add the Provolone slices, and sprinkle the Mozzarella over the top.
07 - Place it back in the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese melts nicely.
08 - Sprinkle some parsley on top before serving, if you'd like.
