Chicken with Chinese cabbage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 jalapeño pepper, chopped small.
02 - 1 tablespoon of butter.
03 - 1 medium onion, sliced thin.
04 - 1 orange bell pepper, diced.
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
06 - 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips.
07 - 1/2 a head of green cabbage, shredded.
08 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
09 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
10 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
11 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the chicken, shred the cabbage, and cut up the veggies.
02 - Melt the butter and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until it's golden. Set aside.
03 - Cook the onion for 3 minutes, then toss in the jalapeño and garlic for 1 minute.
04 - Mix the cabbage, bell pepper, broth, and sauces in. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
05 - Add the chicken back in, stir together, and heat for 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning.

01 - Keep the cabbage a little crunchy for best texture.
02 - Goes great with noodles or steamed rice.
