Avocado Chicken Tortillas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced
02 - 6 large tortillas for burritos
03 - 3 cups of chopped lettuce
04 - 1 big diced tomato
05 - 1 diced avocado
06 - 1 cup of sour cream
07 - 3 cups grated sharp yellow cheddar

# Instructions:

01 - Rub chicken with seasoning, cook each side 5-7 minutes in olive oil until it reaches 165-170°F inside
02 - Chop veggies, slice the chicken, and shred the cheese
03 - Spread lettuce, avocado, chicken, tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese onto the tortilla
04 - Place wrap in a dry pan and toast until it's golden on both sides

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best when eaten right away with warm cheese
02 - Okay to chill for a few hours but not good for overnight
03 - Freezing these isn’t recommended
