Chia coconut mango breakfast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
02 - 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
03 - 200 ml of coconut milk

→ Fruits and Toppings

04 - 1 mango

# Instructions:

01 - The day before, stir together the chia seeds, coconut milk, and brown sugar in a bowl. Cover it and let it rest overnight.
02 - On the next day, give the chia mixture a good stir. Divide it evenly into serving glasses.
03 - Peel the mango and dice it into chunks. Spread the mango pieces on top of the chia mixture.
