Cheesy Beef Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 onion, chopped up.
02 - 1 pound of ground beef.
03 - 2 and a half tablespoons of taco seasoning.
04 - A quarter cup of water.
05 - 8 soft flour tortillas.
06 - 16 ounces of shredded cheese.
07 - 2 cups of red enchilada sauce.
08 - Dollop of sour cream.
09 - Sliced green onions.
10 - Fresh avocado chunks.
11 - Fresh salsa to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven at 375° and let it heat up.
02 - Cook the beef and onion until nicely browned. Drain the grease.
03 - Mix in the taco seasoning and water. Let it simmer until the liquid's all gone.
04 - Spread 1/2 cup of sauce across the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
05 - Spoon about 1/3 cup of meat and 1/4 cup of cheese into each tortilla, roll them up, and place them in the dish.
06 - Pour the rest of the sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle on any leftover cheese.
07 - Let it bake for 20 to 25 minutes until it's bubbling.
08 - Once out of the oven, add the toppings of your choice and enjoy while warm!

# Notes:

01 - Freeze before baking if needed. Wrap tightly, and it's good for up to 3 months. Bake frozen for 45 minutes covered, plus 5-10 minutes uncovered.
