Cheesy Bacon Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese.
02 - 6 fluffy brioche buns.
03 - 6 slices of cheese.
04 - Half a cup of crispy bacon bits (about 6 strips).
05 - 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix.
06 - Pickle slices.
07 - 1.5 pounds of ground beef, 80/20 fat ratio.
08 - Some burger sauce.
09 - 1/4 cup of sour cream.
10 - Caramelized onions for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Fry the bacon till it's crunchy, then crumble and keep aside.
02 - In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar, sour cream, bacon bits, and ranch seasoning.
03 - Divide the mixture into 6 equal pieces and shape them into patties.
04 - On a hot griddle, cook each patty: 5 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook for 4 more. Put a cheese slice on top, cover, and let it melt for a minute.
05 - Place patties on brioche buns and top them any way you like.

# Notes:

01 - Swap sour cream with Greek yogurt if you want.
02 - Different beef blends can change how juicy they turn out.
03 - Keep mixing to a minimum, so the meat stays tender.
04 - These are tastiest when eaten hot and fresh.
05 - Ideal for a backyard barbecue.
06 - You can form the patties earlier and refrigerate.
