Zucchini Cheese Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium-sized zucchinis.
02 - 200 g of fresh goat cheese.
03 - 1 finely chopped onion.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 50 g of pine nuts.
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
07 - 1 teaspoon of dried thyme.
08 - 1 teaspoon of paprika.
09 - 1 egg.
10 - 100 g of breadcrumbs.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the zucchinis into thin strips and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for 30 minutes to remove moisture. Rinse them off and pat dry.
02 - Sauté the onion, garlic, and pine nuts in olive oil until golden. Mix them with the goat cheese, thyme, paprika, egg, salt, and pepper.
03 - Spoon some filling onto each zucchini strip and roll it up into a cigar shape. Coat the rolls in breadcrumbs.
04 - Put the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake them at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
