Cook the bacon bits in a skillet over medium heat until they’re crunchy and golden. Set them on a paper towel to drain the grease.

Heat your oven to 200°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface, stretching it a little if needed.

Spread the shredded cheese over the pastry. Sprinkle on the cooked bacon, season with black pepper, then roll it up into a log shape. Slice it into 2 cm rounds.

Lay the slices on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush them with egg yolk and add sesame seeds on top. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
