Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Break apart the cookie dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each one into a circle roughly 1/4 inch thick.

In the middle of each dough circle, add a cheddar cube and some crumbled bacon. Wrap the dough around the fillings, pinching tightly to seal into a ball.

Put the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or till golden brown and the cheese starts to ooze out.
