Set aside portions of honey mustard, cheese, turkey, spinach, and bacon to make two sandwiches.

On bread, spread honey mustard, then layer with cheese, turkey, tomato slices, spinach, and bacon. Top it with another piece of bread already coated with honey mustard and cheese.

Coat the outer side of each bread slice with butter.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes on each side until the bread is crispy and golden and the cheese is gooey.
