Cheddar Turkey Bacon Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of crusty or sourdough bread.
02 - 2 tablespoons of honey mustard dressing.
03 - 2 slices of cheddar cheese, white.
04 - 4 slices of deli-style turkey.
05 - 1 medium red tomato, cut into thin rounds.
06 - ½ cup of baby spinach leaves.
07 - 4 strips of cooked, crispy bacon.
08 - 2 tablespoons of softened butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Set aside portions of honey mustard, cheese, turkey, spinach, and bacon to make two sandwiches.
02 - On bread, spread honey mustard, then layer with cheese, turkey, tomato slices, spinach, and bacon. Top it with another piece of bread already coated with honey mustard and cheese.
03 - Coat the outer side of each bread slice with butter.
04 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes on each side until the bread is crispy and golden and the cheese is gooey.
