Give the carrots a good wash and peel them, then slice them thinly using a mandoline. Steam them for 10 minutes.

Slice the goat cheese into rounds and chop the bacon into little pieces.

Whisk the eggs and flour together, then slowly pour in the milk bit by bit while adding the curry powder.

Fold in the steamed carrots and chopped bacon into the batter, then pour everything into the molds.

Lay the goat cheese slices and sprinkle the pine nuts over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
