Carrot Bacon Goat Cheese Bake (Printer-Friendly Version)

# Shopping List:

01 - 6 slices of bacon.
02 - 50 grams of flour.
03 - 300 grams of carrots.
04 - 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
05 - 4 eggs.
06 - 30 cl of milk.
07 - 150 grams of goat cheese log.
08 - A handful of pine nuts.

# Let's Cook:

01 - Give the carrots a good wash and peel them, then slice them thinly using a mandoline. Steam them for 10 minutes.
02 - Slice the goat cheese into rounds and chop the bacon into little pieces.
03 - Whisk the eggs and flour together, then slowly pour in the milk bit by bit while adding the curry powder.
04 - Fold in the steamed carrots and chopped bacon into the batter, then pour everything into the molds.
05 - Lay the goat cheese slices and sprinkle the pine nuts over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
