# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 450 grams of ground chicken.
03 - 1 small onion, finely diced.
04 - 1 bell pepper, diced.
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
06 - 1 can (230 g) of tomato sauce.
07 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
08 - 60 ml ketchup.
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
10 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.
12 - 4 burger buns.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the oil in a skillet, then toss in the onion and bell pepper. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add garlic next and cook for another minute.
02 - Drop in the ground chicken and cook until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Mix in the tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun spice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it bubble gently for 10 minutes so the flavors come together.
04 - Toast the burger buns until they’re golden brown.
05 - Scoop the chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns. Add your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, pickles, or coleslaw, then pop on the bun tops.
