# Ingredients:

06 - 1 1/2 cups chopped bell peppers.
07 - 2 teaspoons hot sauce.
08 - 2 tablespoons Cajun or Old Bay seasoning.
09 - 1 (14-ounce) can of fire-roasted tomatoes, drained.
10 - 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts.
11 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
12 - 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
13 - 3 cups chicken stock.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oil in a large pot, toss in garlic, onions, carrots, celery, and bell peppers. Stir occasionally for 3-4 minutes until softened.
02 - Add the chicken, spices, tomatoes, and broth. Cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
03 - Pull out the chicken, shred it into pieces, then mix cream and cream cheese into the broth.
