Garlic Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized cubes.
02 - 2 tablespoons plain flour.
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of seasoning blend (Italian style).
04 - A pinch of salt and a sprinkle of freshly cracked pepper.
05 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
06 - 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, split into parts.
07 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic, minced (about 4 cloves).
08 - 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a 12-inch skillet with a non-stick surface over medium-high heat.
02 - Pat the chicken with some paper towels to dry. Toss it with flour, salt, pepper, and the herb mix.
03 - Add the oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan. Spread the chicken out evenly, leaving spaces between the pieces.
04 - Let the chicken cook for around 3 minutes until golden, flip it, and cook for another 2 minutes.
05 - Add the rest of the butter, garlic, and parsley. Stir and cook for 1 minute until the chicken's internal temperature hits 165°F.

01 - Use extra parsley for a more intense flavor.
02 - Squeeze in a bit of lemon juice for a twist.
03 - Great with veggies or couscous as a side.
