Bunny Poke Cake Layers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (3 oz) vanilla pudding (instant) mix
02 - 1 box white cake mix (plus the items needed as per the box)
03 - 1.75 cups milk
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 cup melted white chocolate chips
06 - 1 container whipped topping for frosting
07 - 1 cup whipped topping
08 - Food coloring in shades of blue, pink, and yellow
09 - Pastel sprinkles for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
02 - Follow the cake mix package to make the batter.
03 - Separate the batter equally into three bowls and mix in a different food coloring to each.
04 - Pour the colored batters into the pan, one layer at a time. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before moving on.
05 - Take the handle of a wooden spoon and poke holes all over the cooled cake. Whisk the vanilla pudding mix with the milk in a dish, then pour it onto the cake, letting it soak into the holes.
06 - Spread the melted white chocolate over the top of the cake, then add a fluffy layer of whipped topping. Sprinkle pastel decorations on top.
07 - Pop the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve once it's nice and chilled.

# Notes:

01 - Want more variety? Try switching the vanilla pudding for a coconut or lemon flavor.
02 - Leaving the cake in the fridge overnight amps up the texture and brings the flavors together even better.
