Break the broccoli into smaller florets. Boil them in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and cool them off with cold water. Let them dry completely and set them into a greased baking dish.

Chop the ham into smaller bits and mix it in the baking dish with the broccoli.

Whisk the eggs. Gradually stir in the sifted flour, then slowly add the milk. Toss in the grated Emmental, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Pour the batter over the broccoli and ham mixture in the dish. Bake it at 210°C (approx. 410°F) on setting 7 for about 40 minutes.
