Savory broccoli ham dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 head of broccoli
02 - 3 eggs
03 - 4 slices of deli ham
04 - 100g of shredded Emmental cheese
05 - 100g of all-purpose flour
06 - 500ml of whole milk
07 - Olive oil
08 - Salt and pepper
09 - A bit of nutmeg

# Instructions:

01 - Break the broccoli into smaller florets. Boil them in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and cool them off with cold water. Let them dry completely and set them into a greased baking dish.
02 - Chop the ham into smaller bits and mix it in the baking dish with the broccoli.
03 - Whisk the eggs. Gradually stir in the sifted flour, then slowly add the milk. Toss in the grated Emmental, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
04 - Pour the batter over the broccoli and ham mixture in the dish. Bake it at 210°C (approx. 410°F) on setting 7 for about 40 minutes.

01 - Serve warm or let it cool slightly for a lukewarm option
02 - Broccoli needs to have a slight crunch
