Beef and Potatoes Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp of canola oil.
02 - 1 lb of diced potatoes.
03 - 1 lb of ground beef (lean).
04 - 1 diced yellow onion.
05 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped.
06 - 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
08 - 2 tsp paprika (smoked).
09 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
10 - 1 tsp oregano (dried).
11 - 1 tsp coarse salt.
12 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
13 - 1-2 tsp your favorite hot sauce.
14 - 2 sliced green onions.
15 - Sour cream or Greek yogurt for topping.
16 - Cheddar, shredded, as a topping.
17 - Serve with rice or cauliflower rice.
18 - More hot sauce for drizzling (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the oil in a big frying pan. Toss in the potatoes and fry them for 6 minutes, stirring, until golden patches show.
02 - Throw in the meat, onion, and red pepper. Stir and break the meat apart while it cooks. Add all the spices and sauces. Let it cook 6-8 minutes until completely browned and cooked through.
03 - Mix in green onions and give it a taste. Tweak the flavors if needed. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
