Beef Tortellini Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pack of beef tortellini (250-350g).
02 - 450g of beef (sirloin or tenderloin), chopped into pieces.
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 240ml of heavy cream.
06 - 100g of grated parmesan cheese.
07 - 120ml of beef broth.
08 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
11 - Extra grated parmesan for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package directions to cook the tortellini. Drain and set it aside.
02 - Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the beef for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Sauté the garlic, then pour in the broth followed by the cream and parmesan. Mix in the Italian seasoning.
04 - Put the cooked beef into the sauce and stir in the tortellini. Mix it well.
05 - Sprinkle some fresh parsley and extra parmesan cheese before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Using good-quality parmesan really elevates the flavor of the sauce.
02 - The sauce should turn out creamy but not overly thick.
