On medium heat, warm some oil in a skillet. Toss in the garlic and stir until it smells amazing, about 30 seconds.

Stir in the barbecue sauce and pulled pork. Heat everything until it's warm, then set it aside.

Take one slice of brioche, layer cheese on it, then some crispy onions, warm pork, more cheese, and finish with another slice of bread.

Use a knife to spread mayo on the outside layers of each sandwich.

Clean out the skillet and heat it again, but this time on medium-low.

Cook your sandwiches on both sides for 2-3 minutes each, flipping until the bread is beautifully golden.
