BBQ Pork Cheese Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of shredded pork.
02 - 1/4 cup mayo.
03 - 8 slices of soft brioche bread.
04 - 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped.
05 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
06 - 8 slices of deli-style American cheese.
07 - 1 cup crispy onion straws.
08 - 1 cup of barbecue sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - On medium heat, warm some oil in a skillet. Toss in the garlic and stir until it smells amazing, about 30 seconds.
02 - Stir in the barbecue sauce and pulled pork. Heat everything until it's warm, then set it aside.
03 - Take one slice of brioche, layer cheese on it, then some crispy onions, warm pork, more cheese, and finish with another slice of bread.
04 - Use a knife to spread mayo on the outside layers of each sandwich.
05 - Clean out the skillet and heat it again, but this time on medium-low.
06 - Cook your sandwiches on both sides for 2-3 minutes each, flipping until the bread is beautifully golden.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t cram too much inside each sandwich.
02 - Spreading mayo instead of butter gives it better browning.
03 - Cook slower on medium-low heat for cheese that melts perfectly.
04 - This is a great way to use up leftover pulled pork!
05 - Pair with coleslaw or fries for a fun meal.
06 - Deli-style American cheese melts thoroughly.
