Banana Blueberry Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe bananas
02 - 250 ml almond milk
03 - 200 g plain yogurt
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 150 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut up the bananas after peeling them. Frozen blueberries can be used, but let them sit for a bit so they soften.
02 - Put the yogurt, almond milk, blueberries, honey, and banana pieces into your blender.
03 - Blend everything on high until it’s creamy with no lumps. If it feels too dense, pour in a splash more almond milk.
04 - Take a quick sip. Add a little extra honey if you'd like it sweeter.
05 - Split the smoothie into glasses right away. If you'd like, top them with a banana slice or a few berries for a pop of color.
