Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
02 - 2 cups of chopped fresh spinach

→ Base

03 - 1 cup of cheese, shredded
04 - 4 large tortillas made with flour

→ Seasonings

05 - A pinch of salt and black pepper
06 - 1/2 tsp of powdered onions
07 - 1/4 tsp of dried thyme, optional
08 - 1 tbsp of olive oil
09 - Half a tsp of powdered garlic
10 - Cooking spray or a bit of olive oil for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - Cook mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add spinach, stirring until it softens. Toss in seasonings.
02 - Place some veggies and shredded cheese onto half a tortilla, then fold it over.
03 - Lightly coat with oil and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and golden.

02 - Top it off with sour cream or salsa
