Cod with herb butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Two 225g cod fillets.
02 - 2 tbsp softened butter.
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
04 - 1 tsp lemon juice.
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
06 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
07 - 1 tsp thyme.
08 - 1/8 tsp paprika.
09 - 1/8 tsp dill.
10 - 1/8 tsp salt.
11 - 1 lemon, sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C to heat up.
02 - Stir together the softened butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all the herbs and spices.
03 - Coat the baking dish with the herb butter, place the cod fillets in, and cover them with any leftover butter mixture.
04 - Arrange the lemon slices around the cod fillets in the dish.
05 - Bake for 20 minutes or until the cod flakes apart easily when tested.

# Notes:

01 - The fish should be white and flaky when ready.
02 - You can top it with fresh herbs when serving.
