Set your oven to 180°C to preheat.

Place the bacon strips into two sections of four slices each.

Spread the mustard across the middle of the bacon slices.

Dust on the ground black pepper.

Set the camembert in the center of the bacon and fold the bacon around it.

Carefully turn the camembert package upside down.

Put the wrapped camembert on a sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake it in the oven for around 25 minutes.
