Bacon burger bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g of ground beef.
02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
04 - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion.
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
06 - 1 egg.
07 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
08 - 6 slices of bacon.
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
10 - Optional: lettuce.
11 - Optional: tomato slices.
12 - Optional: pickles.
13 - Optional: ketchup.
14 - Optional: mustard.
15 - Optional: jalapeños.

# Instructions:

01 - Use your hands or a spoon to combine the ground beef, cheddar, parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper in a big bowl. Don’t over-mix it, just until it’s all blended.
02 - Make 12 even portions out of the mixture and roll each into a ball. Wrap a strip of bacon around each one, securing with a toothpick if needed.
03 - Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bacon-wrapped balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the bacon is golden and crispy.
04 - Enjoy them warm with your favorite toppings, like lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, mustard, ketchup, or jalapeños.
