# Ingredients:

01 - Baby octopus, 500 g, cleaned.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

08 - Broccolini, 300 g, chopped.
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
10 - Chili flakes, adjust to preference.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and orange zest together to coat the octopus. Drizzle in sesame oil for extra flavor.
02 - Saute broccolini with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook until tender but still crisp.
03 - Brown the marinated octopus in a hot pan until cooked through. Add chili flakes and fresh orange juice for a zesty kick.
04 - Combine the broccolini and octopus, then drizzle with a tangy, spicy citrus sauce. Sprinkle some fresh herbs on top to finish.
