Light airfryer donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 80 ml of semi-skimmed milk.
02 - 1 egg.
03 - 8 g of fresh baking yeast.
04 - 40 g of granulated sugar.
05 - 250 g of flour.
06 - A pinch of salt.
07 - 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
08 - 30 g of softened butter.
09 - Powdered icing sugar for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix your dry ingredients together, then stir in the egg and lukewarm milk. Knead for about 5 minutes.
02 - Slowly work the softened butter into the dough, kneading until it becomes smooth and consistent.
03 - Let the dough rise for 2 hours in a warm spot.
04 - Punch down the dough, split it into 10 portions, shape them into balls, and let them rest for another hour.
05 - Lightly coat with oil, then cook in the air fryer at 190°C for 6-9 minutes.
