Candy Cane Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Crushed candy canes, ½ cup.
02 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
03 - One 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk.
04 - White chocolate chips, 3 cups (around 2 bags).

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 9x9 baking dish with foil or parchment paper, then spread butter over it to prevent sticking.
02 - In a big saucepan, stir the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips until they’re fully melted and mixed.
03 - Stir in the vanilla and gently fold in the candy cane pieces.
04 - Pour into the dish and leave it at room temperature to cool for about an hour. Sprinkle extra candy cane bits on top before placing it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours to firm up.

# Notes:

01 - Perfect to make all throughout winter.
02 - Let it cool in two steps to get the best texture.
03 - Add more crushed candy cane on top before refrigerating.
