Western gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
02 - 1 medium diced onion.
03 - 450g ground meat (turkey or beef).
04 - 120ml milk.
05 - 300g mushroom soup.
06 - 120g sour cream.
07 - 100g shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - 100g canned or frozen corn.
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 900g frozen tater tots.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Cook ground meat till it's browned, remove extra grease. Toss in onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes.
03 - In a bowl, stir together mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, and your spices.
04 - Mix the cooked meat, cheese, corn, and sauce. Spread it in the dish.
05 - Add the tater tots on top, arranging them evenly.
06 - Bake for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle on more cheese, and let it melt by cooking another 5 minutes.

01 - Let it cool for a few minutes before eating.
02 - Top with fresh parsley or green onions if you want.
