Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and make sure your baking dish is greased.

Gently press down each biscuit to flatten. Add a spoonful of apple pie filling to the middle, fold the sides, and pinch the edges closed.

Combine brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla in a bowl. Dip each stuffed biscuit in the mixture and arrange them carefully in the baking dish.
