Slow-cooked Vosges Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3kg of Charlotte potatoes.
02 - 2kg smoked pork neck.
03 - 20 thin slices of smoked bacon.
04 - 1 large onion.
05 - 1 leek.
06 - 50cl fresh cream.
07 - 25cl dry white wine.
08 - Pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the potatoes and slice them into 5mm rounds. Slice up the leek and onion thinly.
02 - Cut smoked pork into chunks and trim off extra fat if you want.
03 - In a large pot, add layers of potatoes, veggies, and meat. Cover it all with the smoked bacon.
04 - Pour in the fresh cream and wine. Sprinkle some pepper on top.
05 - Put the lid on and cook at 180°C for about 2.5 to 3 hours. Take off the lid for the last 30 minutes so it browns nicely.

# Notes:

01 - Serve straight from the pot while hot.
02 - Pair it with a green salad.
