Lemon Poppy Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3/4-1 cup plant-based milk
02 - 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
03 - 1/4 cup yogurt (dairy-free or Greek)
04 - 1 cup rolled oats (quick-cooking)

→ Flavoring

05 - Pinch of salt for taste
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
08 - 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
09 - 1 tablespoon small poppy seeds

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl or container, stir all the ingredients together till smooth and combined.
02 - Pop a lid on it and let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight so it thickens up.
03 - Stir it well, then top with fresh blueberries or more yogurt if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Use less maple syrup if your yogurt is already sweet.
02 - For a thicker texture, start with less milk.
