Turn the oven on and preheat it to 200°C.

Roll out the puff pastry, place a sausage on top, and wrap the pastry around it tightly. Seal the edges firmly. Do this for all the sausages.

Slice the rolls into equal pieces, about 2-3 cm wide. Then, arrange them vertically in a heart shape inside the baking dish.

Whisk the egg yolks with the milk and brush this mixture over the rolls. Bake for about 15-18 minutes, keeping an eye on the color as they cook.
