Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
02 - 1/4 cup fresh dill, minced.
03 - 1/4 large red onion, grated.
04 - 1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean.
05 - 1/2 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs.
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
07 - 1/2 tablespoon oregano, dried.
08 - 1 egg, lightly beaten.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
10 - 1 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss in the turkey, onion, and garlic. Add the egg, dill, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt, and pepper. Gently mix everything with your hands just until blended together.
02 - Roll the mixture into 14 meatballs of roughly equal size.
03 - Warm up the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs, flipping them all around, for about 7-8 minutes until they're fully cooked and hit 165°F inside.
