Turkey and cranberry balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb of ground turkey.
02 - 2 cups of stuffing mix.
03 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries.
04 - 1 beaten egg.
05 - 1/4 cup chicken broth.
06 - A sprinkle of thyme (1/2 teaspoon).
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried sage.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - 1/4 cup melted butter, optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Combine turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, chicken broth, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
03 - Roll small golf-sized meatballs and place them on the tray.
04 - Brush melted butter on top for a crispy finish (if you’d like).
05 - Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the turkey is cooked and the balls are golden.

# Notes:

01 - Toss in some diced celery or onions for extra flavor.
02 - You can prepare them ahead of time and freeze before baking.
03 - Goes great with gravy or cranberry sauce on the side.
