Get your oven warming up to 375°F (190°C).

Boil the lasagna noodles following the box notes. Drain them and lay them out on parchment paper.

Heat a large skillet over medium. Break up the ground turkey while cooking it until no pink remains. Get rid of any grease.

Stir together ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan, beaten egg, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Combine this with the cooked turkey.

Spread some of the turkey-cheese filling over each noodle. Roll 'em up and line them inside a baking dish with the seam side facing down.

Pour marinara sauce over the roll-ups, making sure they're covered nicely. Top it all with the remaining mozzarella.

Wrap the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, then bake another 15 minutes till bubbly.

Give the roll-ups a few moments to cool before digging in.
