Turkey lasagna roll-ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 lasagna noodles.
02 - 1 pound ground turkey.
03 - 1 cup ricotta cheese.
04 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (split).
05 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan.
06 - 1 beaten egg.
07 - 2 cups marinara sauce.
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
10 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven warming up to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Boil the lasagna noodles following the box notes. Drain them and lay them out on parchment paper.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium. Break up the ground turkey while cooking it until no pink remains. Get rid of any grease.
04 - Stir together ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan, beaten egg, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Combine this with the cooked turkey.
05 - Spread some of the turkey-cheese filling over each noodle. Roll 'em up and line them inside a baking dish with the seam side facing down.
06 - Pour marinara sauce over the roll-ups, making sure they're covered nicely. Top it all with the remaining mozzarella.
07 - Wrap the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, then bake another 15 minutes till bubbly.
08 - Give the roll-ups a few moments to cool before digging in.
