Stuffed Turkey Breast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - About 3 pounds turkey breast.
02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 tbsp minced garlic.
04 - Handful of fresh spinach, chopped.
05 - Small chunks of bacon, 1/3 cup.
06 - 1/2 tsp black pepper.
07 - 1/2 tsp salt.
08 - 1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped.
09 - 1 tbsp parsley, chopped.
10 - 1 tsp thyme, minced.
11 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
12 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika.
13 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F. Pound turkey flat, about 1/4 inch thick.
02 - Combine cream cheese, garlic, bacon bits, spinach, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Spread the mixture onto the turkey, roll tightly, and keep it in place with toothpicks.
04 - Coat the rolled turkey with the seasoning mix on all sides.
05 - Put in the oven for 15-25 minutes, until it hits 160°F inside. Broil for 5 minutes to get it golden.
06 - Let it rest for about 10 minutes, spread butter with herbs over it, slice, and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Timing can differ depending on turkey thickness.
02 - Dried herbs work too if fresh isn't available.
03 - Best when fresh but can be gently reheated.
