Tomato Lebanese Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 900 g of Campari tomatoes.
02 - 1 large red bell pepper.
03 - 4 garlic cloves.
04 - 1 teaspoon of sumac.
05 - 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika.
06 - 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - 1/4 cup of chopped parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the tomatoes into wedges and set aside in a bowl.
02 - Quarter the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, then blend it with the garlic until it turns into a paste.
03 - Mix in the paprika, sumac, salt, pepper, and olive oil with the paste until combined well.
04 - Blend the sauce into the tomatoes and toss. Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
05 - Let it sit for 30 minutes so the flavors come together.

01 - This salad pairs great with grilled foods or warm pita bread.
02 - You can make it ahead of time and keep it chilled.
