Thick crepes vintage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crepe Batter

01 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla
02 - A pinch of salt
03 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
04 - 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
05 - 2 eggs
06 - 2 1/4 cups of milk
07 - 2 cups of flour

# Instructions:

01 - Crack the eggs into a big bowl and whisk them up. Toss in the flour, milk, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Use a handheld mixer to blend everything until smooth.
02 - Warm a pan on medium heat. Pour in a little oil, then cook the crepes one by one until they turn golden on each side.
