Dorito Taco Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef, lean
02 - 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
03 - 1 head of lettuce, finely shredded
04 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 red onion, chopped small
06 - 6 chopped tomatoes
07 - 1 large bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos, broken into bits

08 - 2 cups ranch dressing
09 - ½ cup of Italian dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Take a skillet and cook the ground beef while crumbling as it cooks. Once browned, drain out any extra grease left in the pan.
02 - Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the meat. Add ranch and Italian dressings, mixing it all thoroughly. Let it simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
03 - Cut the tomatoes into small chunks and dice the red onion. Shred the lettuce finely. Place each in separate bowls.
04 - Transfer the shredded cheddar cheese into a clean bowl, ready for serving.
05 - You can keep all ingredients in separate bowls so everyone can assemble their own salads. Or, mix everything together with the cooked meat for a ready-to-eat dish.
