Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Spice Blend

01 - Chili powder (¼ teaspoon)
02 - Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
03 - Paprika (½ teaspoon)
04 - Onion powder (¼ teaspoon)
05 - Kosher salt (½ teaspoon)

→ Core Protein

06 - Salmon (1 pound)

→ Glaze

07 - Fresh minced garlic cloves (2)
08 - Apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons)
09 - Coconut oil (1 tablespoon)
10 - Honey (¼ cup)
11 - Sriracha (1 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Trim the skin off the salmon and slice into 1-inch chunks. Coat all sides with the spice blend until evenly seasoned
02 - Stir together honey, vinegar, sriracha, and minced garlic in a bowl until mixed well
03 - In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and salt
04 - Warm up coconut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Lay the salmon pieces in one layer and sear for about 1 minute
05 - Turn the salmon over, pour the sauce over the top, and cook 1 minute. Gently turn the pieces to coat in sauce and cook another 1-1.5 minutes
06 - Take the pan off the heat and give the salmon 2-3 minutes to sit before serving

# Notes:

01 - You can use a few smaller salmon pieces to make 1 pound total
02 - Tastes best if served hot and fresh out of the pan
03 - Using a cast iron pan (12-inch) works great
