Tasty Glazed Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of boneless chicken thighs
02 - 2 cloves of garlic
03 - A piece of ginger
04 - 70 ml of soy sauce
05 - 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar
06 - 200 ml of water

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the garlic and ginger, then chop them up. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces.
02 - Pour the sugar into a pan and let it turn into caramel. Toss in the ginger and garlic once the sugar’s melted.
03 - Put the chicken into the pan along with the soy sauce. Stir everything together.
04 - Pour the water into the pan. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens and clings to the chicken fully.
05 - Serve the caramel chicken right away while it’s hot.
