Best Italian Stuffing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin.
02 - 1 lb of sliced Italian bread.
03 - 1/2 cup of chopped onions.
04 - 1 cup celery, diced small.
05 - 6 garlic cloves, finely minced.
06 - 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary leaves.
07 - 1 tbsp thyme, just the leaves.
08 - 2 tbsp sage, freshly chopped.
09 - 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped.
10 - 1 pound (16 oz) Italian sausage, ground.
11 - 3 cups broth made from chicken.
12 - 2 large eggs, beaten well.
13 - Add as much salt and pepper as you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F to preheat.
02 - In a big pan, heat the oil, cook celery, garlic, and onions for about 5 minutes. Toss in the herbs, cook 1 minute more.
03 - Crumble the sausage into the same pan, cook for 10-15 minutes until fully browned.
04 - Pour broth over bread cubes, mix eggs in, then stir in the sausage and veggie mix. Blend everything evenly.
05 - Scoop it into a 13x9 dish and bake for 30 minutes till the top turns golden brown.
