Cranberry Turkey Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground turkey.
02 - Half a cup of dried cranberries.
03 - Two cups of stuffing mix.
04 - A quarter cup of melted butter, if you want.
05 - A quarter cup chicken broth.
06 - One egg, beaten well.
07 - Gravy to serve, if you like.
08 - 1/2 tsp of dried sage.
09 - Salt and pepper, adjust as needed.
10 - Cranberry sauce on the side, optional.
11 - 1/2 tsp dried thyme.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it get hot.
02 - Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Combine turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, chicken broth, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper in a big bowl.
04 - Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized portions, put them on the sheet, and brush with melted butter, if you're using it.
05 - Cook the balls for 20 to 25 minutes until they're golden and cooked through.
06 - Dish them up warm with cranberry sauce and gravy, if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze the uncooked balls for a future meal.
02 - Add some chopped celery or onions for more flavor.
03 - Make sure they hit 165°F inside before serving.
04 - Stick with dried cranberries, not fresh ones, to avoid too much liquid.
