Stuffed cheese nuts figs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 wheel of camembert
02 - 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
03 - 2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
04 - 4 dried figs, diced
05 - 2 tablespoons mascarpone or creme fraiche
06 - 1 tablespoon honey

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the camembert in half to create two flat rounds.
02 - Mix the walnuts, pistachios, diced figs, mascarpone, and honey all together in a bowl.
03 - Spread the mix generously over one half of the cheese. Place the other half on top and press it down lightly.
04 - Wrap the camembert tightly with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge. Take it out at least 30 minutes before serving.

01 - Letting the camembert sit at room temperature for 30 minutes brings out its full flavor.
