Strawberry Sweet Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pink Cinnamon Rolls

01 - 400ml room-temperature dairy-free milk
02 - 115g plant-based butter
03 - 1 pouch (7g) active dry yeast
04 - 50g granulated sugar
05 - Pink food coloring gel
06 - 480g all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting

→ Filling

07 - 1 tablespoon water
08 - 50g granulated sugar
09 - 100g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
10 - 130g jam (raspberry or strawberry)
11 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
12 - 50g fresh strawberries, diced small

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

13 - 40g plant-based cream cheese
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
15 - 60g dairy-free butter
16 - 150g powdered sugar
17 - Splash of dairy-free milk (optional, if needed)

→ Decoration

18 - Fresh strawberries (to taste)
19 - 1-2 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Stir melted butter, warm dairy-free milk, yeast, and sugar together. Leave in a cozy spot for 10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
02 - Combine the frothy yeast mixture with flour and pink coloring. Work it with your hands until smooth. Shape into a ball and let rest 1-2 hours until it puffs up.
03 - Heat raspberries, sugar, and water in a small pot. Add jam and cornstarch. Simmer until it thickens, then cool down fully before using.
04 - Shape dough into a large 16x24-inch rectangle. Spread on the jam mix and strawberry pieces, then roll it tightly into a log. Slice into 9-10 even pieces.
05 - Arrange sliced rolls in a greased pan and let them expand again for 40-60 minutes until soft and puffed up.
06 - Coat the rolls gently with a little dairy-free milk and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Remove when golden brown.
07 - Blend cream cheese and butter with a whisk until smooth. Slowly mix in vanilla and powdered sugar until it's creamy.
08 - Let the rolls cool, then add frosting on top. Sprinkle with freeze-dried fruit and fresh berries to finish.
