01 - Unsalted butter
02 - Heavy cream (36% fat)
03 - Fresh strawberries

→ Sugars and Sweeteners

04 - Powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
05 - Granulated sugar (for shortcake)

→ Shortcake Mix

06 - Vanilla extract
07 - Salt
08 - Baking powder
09 - Flour

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the dry mix. Work in cold butter, then add cream and vanilla until smooth.
02 - Flatten dough to about an inch thick, slice into rounds, and bake for 12-15 minutes until beautifully golden.
03 - Toss strawberries with sugar for a juicy mix. Whisk cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
04 - Slice shortcakes in half and sandwich strawberries and whipped cream between them.
