Set your fan oven to 180°C and line a couple of trays with baking paper.

Roll out the pastry sheets to smooth out creases. Use heart-shaped cutters for large hearts, then add a smaller heart outline in the center.

Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and flour until the texture feels smooth. Spoon it into a piping bag.

Put a bit of the creamy mix onto the pastry hearts. Add strawberry slices on top, then brush the edges with plant milk and sprinkle a little sugar.

Pop them in the oven for 10-15 minutes until they’re golden and crisp. Let them cool a little before adding icing sugar and serving.
