Toss the strawberries with sugar and roast for 25-30 minutes. Mash them up, then mix in the rest of the sugar, ClearJel, cinnamon, and orange zest.

Warm up the milk, cream cheese, and butter. Combine everything with the sugar, egg, yeast, salt, and flour. Knead it well and let it rise for about 45-60 minutes.

Roll out the dough, spread the strawberry filling, then roll it up and chill for half an hour. Slice into 12 pieces and let them rise again.

Bake at 175°C for 28-30 minutes until they’re golden brown.

Mix up the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Spread over the warm rolls.
