Turn on your oven and set it to 190°C to warm up.

Spray some nonstick cooking spray into two loaf pans (23 x 13 cm). Keep them aside.

Grab a big bowl and mix the butter and sugar using a hand mixer until it turns fluffy.

Take a small bowl and lightly beat the eggs with a fork. Stir them into the butter and sugar mix till it's all combined.

Add the bananas into the mixture and mix till smooth.

Throw in the flour, salt, and baking soda, and mix everything together till it's just combined.

Carefully mix in the strawberries that were coated in flour.

Divide the batter evenly between the two loaf pans.

Pop the pans into the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C. Then lower the heat to 175°C and bake for another 30 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.

Allow the loaves to cool completely. Eat one and stash the other in the freezer for later.
