Soft strawberry banana (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the bread

01 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
02 - 1 teaspoon of baking soda
03 - 500 ml of all-purpose flour
04 - 125 ml of softened butter
05 - 2 large eggs, lightly whisked
06 - 250 ml of granulated sugar
07 - 3 ripe bananas
08 - 375 ml of chopped strawberries mixed with a tablespoon of flour

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 190°C to warm up.
02 - Spray some nonstick cooking spray into two loaf pans (23 x 13 cm). Keep them aside.
03 - Grab a big bowl and mix the butter and sugar using a hand mixer until it turns fluffy.
04 - Take a small bowl and lightly beat the eggs with a fork. Stir them into the butter and sugar mix till it's all combined.
05 - Add the bananas into the mixture and mix till smooth.
06 - Throw in the flour, salt, and baking soda, and mix everything together till it's just combined.
07 - Carefully mix in the strawberries that were coated in flour.
08 - Divide the batter evenly between the two loaf pans.
09 - Pop the pans into the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C. Then lower the heat to 175°C and bake for another 30 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
10 - Allow the loaves to cool completely. Eat one and stash the other in the freezer for later.
