Steak bites buttery flavor (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Garlic cloves.
02 - Potatoes like Russet or Yukon Gold.
03 - Thyme or rosemary.
04 - Salt and pepper.
05 - Butter.
06 - Cream.
07 - Cooking oil.
08 - Steak (ribeye, sirloin, or strip).

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the steak into even cubes, then season well with pepper and salt.
02 - Boil the potatoes for around 15-20 minutes until they’re soft.
03 - Mash your cooked potatoes with cream, butter, and some salt for flavor. Mix in garlic butter for extra richness.
04 - Heat oil in a cast-iron pan and cook the steak pieces for 2–3 minutes on each side.
05 - Pour melted butter mixed with garlic over the steak bites while cooking.
06 - Melt butter together with minced garlic in the pan and mix it gently to coat the steak bites.

01 - Pick high-quality beef for a tender texture.
02 - For a creamy mash, use starchy potatoes.
